21 Sep Have just got No1 son off to university so I thought I'd better get my finger out and do an update. have put up some scrummy pics and updated the TV listings. I'm not going to beother saying how young Viggo looks. Just take it as read that he looks about 10 times better than I do! :)
6 Aug Oh dear, has it really been that long? I've put up several pages of Eastern Promises screen grabs and updated the TV listings.
15 June If reading Viggo's poetry has inspired you to have a go yourself, you might be interested in a writer's workshop in Northern Ireland in July. It has been organised by Gaile and you can find out more details here.
11 May I'm still tracing my family tree (hence the dearth of updates) and have just discovered that my Great Grand Uncle was named after a racehorse! I've uploaded some interviews (thank you to Google and Yahoo News, the lovely ladies of my forum and Erika from Oz) and a couple of pictures and updated the TV listings.
3 April If anyone is still coming here after I've been so shamefully negligent about keeping the page up-to-date, I've uploaded some pics and some articles, and updated the TV listings. And now I'm back off to trace my family tree.
26 January I've put up some grabs from the "Gospel" DVD, which are a bit better than the pics that were there before. You can see them in the categorised gallery ONLY. I have also uploaded some scrummy pics from the two screenings of "Good" in New York in December. Looks like the Youth Fairy is still sprinkling Viggo with ageless dust on a regular basis! I've updated the TV listings too.
07 January Happy New Year to you all! I have over-indulged terribly over Christmas and now have rather more wobbly, flobbly bits than I had last year! I will now have to deprive myself of chocolate and all the good things in life in order to get rid of said wobbly, flobbly bits and will, as a consequence, be grumpy and miserable for the next few weeks. OK...who said "So, what's new?" I've put up some piccies - scrumptious as always, and updated the TV listings. And now I'm off to eat my lettuce and all-bran.
23 December A Merry Christmas/Holiday/Festive Season to you all! And thank you for your support during 2008. I hope you all have a wonderful 2009 and get to meet His Vigginess, if that is your wish. I've only updated the TV listings - I'm far too busy stuffing my face with pre-Christmas chocolate and alcohol to do anything more taxing! There's a bit of a Viggo-fest on UK TV over the next couple of weeks - if you have satellite or cable, that is - including a rare-ish showing of American Yakuza. Well worth a look!
3 December Sorry! I've been working, I've been ill, I badly cut my finger with secateurs, I've been trying to make Christmas cards and, let's face it, I've been lazy! I've added an article & lots of piccies, including some much-belated ones of Viggo and his namesake (our much-travelled forum mascot) Flat Viggo from Roskilde. Thank you to Ioana, Nimuë and Moonwalker for their pictures. And thank you also to Stefanie for her generous contribution to Obsession!
21 October I hope Viggo enjoyed his half century. I know he certainly looks a lot better on it than I do (even though I actually have a few months to go, I still look old enough to be Viggo's granny!). I've put up some piccies of the amazingly-youthful one, including some from his signing in Roskilde - thanks go to ANDY for generously letting me use his pictures. The total raised for the 1,2,3 ... Hi Baby! project was $8051 - well done ladies! Check out Viggo News for details of the release of the Appaloosa soundtrack CD.

The total raised for the project was $8051 - thank you to all who contributed!
"It's always sad when something comes to an end, but this end will bring a most welcome new beginning for our friends at 1,2,3 ... Hi Baby! We thank each and every one of you for your generous support ... those who donated financially ... those who contributed a piece of themselves through their artistic talents and treasured keepsakes near and dear to their heart ... those who carried us through and were there for us with guidance and moral support ... those who gave.
A great deal of gratitude to the administrators and moderators at all the Viggo fan sites that supported through this process. We certainly could not have achieved this without all of you. And finally ... an enormous thank you to Viggo for making this all possible."
Rush on over to Perceval Press and buy Viggo's latest offerings - At All (CD) and Skovbo (book).
The Spoken Word Revolution: Redux is "the second installment of an anthology of spoken word poetry featuring the work of traditional Poets Laureate juxtaposed with slam poets." Work by both Viggo and Henry features in the book, although I'm not quite sure if they're on the accompanying CD too. Still - a must have for all of those who have to have everything Viggo! Pop over to Bookslut to read more, or go straight to Amazon.com to buy the book now.
If you've always thought that Viggo's dress sense was "interesting", here's your chance to dress him as you like! Thanks to Elizabeth for sending me the link to the Viggo Stardoll. Hours of totally pointless fun! And for those of you who prefer Viggo hairy - you can even add an Aragorny hair & bead set!
Linda and Ellen recently visited the Pine Ridge Reservation and met Fred, the OST Healthy Start coordinator. Check out Linda's and Ellen's reflections on their visit. You know this is a subject close to Viggo's heart, so please check out the Supporters of Wild Horse Preservation site. Please note that the video featuring Viggo which is mentioned on the site is no longer available. Thank you to Francine for letting me know.
